What is F1 in Schools?
F1 in Schools is a multidisciplinary challenge, in which students apply design and manufactering software computer assisted (CAD/CAM) to colaborate, conceive, analyse, build, test, and later, run the car miniatures.
What are the project main goals?
In this project students have to create and develop a team identity, by creating a logo and a slogan, idealize and manufacture a team's outfit and after this build a pit-display for competitions.
But to make all of this possible it is essencial for us to get some support, companies or individuals who believe and support our project.
Who promotes the event?
The F1 in Schools initiative is one of the sides of the "Pense Indústria" project. The "Pense Indústria" project is promoted by RECET (Portugal Technological Centers Association) and developed by all of the technological centers of the country.
CITEVE is the technological center responsible for the north teams evaluation until they get to the Nacionals.
